A targeted visitor promotion campaign aimed at government and public and private sector organizations involved in Libya’s rebuilding programme will be launched to attract the widest qualified attendance possible.

Of particular importance will be public and private sector planners, specifiers and procurement officials relevant to Libya’s short and medium term rebuilding priorities. Also engineers of all disciplines, specialist contractors and consultancies and trading agencies.

The visitor promotion campaign will be driven by the active use of the constantly updated show website. This will provide potential show visitors with up-to-the-minute news on
exhibition participating companies, visitor registration and information, opening ceremony arrangements, show plans, sponsor activity, etc.

The website promotion will be supported by:

  • liaison with all INFRASTRUCTURE LIBYA’s supporting ministries and public and private sector organizations
  • dedicated promotion activity with a personal visit programme and personalised invitations to identified key individuals and personnel in ministries, municipalities, state owned corporations, private companies and consultancies and major trading agencies
  • an advertising campaign in the Libyan national press, trade and business publications
  • targeted direct marketing
